Natural Castelló uses a totally secure payment system using your credit card to ensure confidentiality of our customers’ data and to avoid possible fraudulent purchases. Confidential data are encrypted (SSL) and transmitted directly to our financial institution. The SSL encryption system provides total security to data transmission over the network. The credit card information is not recorded in any Natural Castelló database. We only use our financial institution’s Point of Sale (POS) terminal through its secure payment gateway. In order to pay Natural Castelló, you can use Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards. To pay for your order, the financial institution will request your card details (number, owner and the CVV code of the card), as well as performing a security check. When the payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared for subsequent shipping.
