Stevia + Erythritol 1:1 is a zero-calorie product, with a taste very similar to sugar and without an after-taste, so it’s your best option if you want to buy stevia online. It is made from erythritol, a naturally occurring polyol and steviol glycosides, a highly pure extract of the stevia plant. It is suitable for diabetics because it has no effect on the glycemic index and promotes healthy teeth.
Ideal for baking, browning and sprinkling like sugar and sweetening all types of cold and hot drinks.

Perfect! Just as advertised and cheaper than the rest too
Adam Bloom –
Tastes just like real sugar in my coffee, whereas I can tell the difference with other sweeteners.

My wife being diagnosed with diabetes, and we have been looking for a suitable substitute for sugar.
This product is recommended for this purpose.
She likes the taste and is very happy with this product.
Ruth Winsor –
Very pleased with this sweetener, good price for plant based. Would recommend to anyone looking for a chemical free alternative.
Apache 239 –
This sweetener beats all, I love it I just have a half table spoon in my tea and can’t taste the difference, no more sugar for me.
Russell Fletcher –
A good product in a sensible container. I like that it is granulated and not powder. The main point for me is that it is made using plant based ingredients ? A teaspoonful is about equivalent to 3/4 of a teaspoon of sugar. Like it a lot as I don’t find it has an aftertaste. This is my second purchase and will definitely buy from Castello again. Thanks.

Hi
When it comes to sugar I have to be careful as I am Diabetic, I found sweeteners to have a horrible aftertaste so when I seen this I thought give a go. This is amazing it basically tastes like sugar and looks like it without the aftertaste and I am confused how they did it . 🙂 I’d suggest if you not sure get a small one and try it 🙂 When I run Low I will be re-purchasing.

It takes a bit of getting used to, I use this in combination with a little honey and after using it for one month I can already feel and see the difference in my body ….

Bought this for a ketogenic diet I was on and I was so impressed by how sweet this was.
Normally I have 2 teaspoons of sugar in my tea, but using the stevia as a replacement, I only used half a teaspoon. The flavour isn’t too bad, but definitely has a different flavour to sugar.
Only advice is check how sweet you find it before using too much,
Definitely impressed 5/5

I use this for sweetening everything and baking. I have had many different brands of Stevia and there is a big difference in flavours, some are far more bitter than others. In my opinion this is the best out there with only a very slight aftertaste. It’s the only brand that I buy now.

Stevia claims to be 40 times stronger than sugar! This however needs to be used in exactly the same doses as Sugar as it is not that sweet 😐 Apart from that, no real complaints. It tastes nice, and is a decent product.
Mrs. R. J. Collett –
excellent product especially for people with diabetes – can cook with it to make cakes etc..
Elena –
Very mild tasting. I used it to season pickled ginger… You have to be quite generous with it as it is very mild, but at least it’s not bitter.
A. E. Goldsmith –
This is the first time I`ve tried stevia (in ice cream). The sweetness is comparable to standard sugar.
wet behind the ears –
Sweetest I’ve found. May ditch erythritol (as not as sweet).
Love the natural taste and no bitter aftertaste.
Very sweet.
